Jeanne Glaser Higgins, PhD
Dr. Higgins received a Doctor of Philosophy in Reproductive Physiology from Louisiana State University. Working through the Department of Human Resource Education and Workforce Development, Dr. Higgins’ expertise lies in project management, research and data collection, data analysis, and data presentation.
As Senior Project Manager, Dr. Higgins utilizes her skills as research and development liaison in HEWMEN platform collaboration projects with NiSU, including the Nicholls State University Coastal Center Data Refinery. With this position, Dr. Higgins brings over 10 years of experience in cultivating synergistic relationships between academia, government, and industry.
As an investor in BMT, Dr. Higgins recognized a like-minded company with the same passion for research and development of effective applicable solutions, while sustaining and enhancing the local community in which she and her family live.
Dr. Higgins is also Co-Founder of TeamOry Cancer Foundation and serves as Secretary facilitating over a hundred thousand dollars in donations to regional cancer patients and their families over the past 8 years. She has been an active member of the community, serving on Service League committees and co-authoring the Louisiana Legacy Today Cookbook. She loves spending time with her husband and three boys enjoying the South Louisiana coastal culture.
